Small - 2.25 mm.  Fits 12" - 15" neck. Links measure 1 1/8".
Medium - 3.00 mm.  Fits 15" - 21" neck. Links measeure 1 5/8".
Large - 3.25 mm.  Fits 17" - 23" neck. Links measure 1 3/4".
X-Large - 3.80 mm.  Fits 19" - 25" neck. Links measure 2".
