5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty
LUCKY CHAMP warrants each new Litter Champ unit to the original purchaser to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for 5 Years, when the unit is properly used for the original purpose and maintained under normal working conditions. This limited warranty hall be in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness.
LUCKY CHAMP will as it option repair or replace any Litter Champ unit found to be defective within the warranty period. All freight to and from teh factory is to be paid by the purchaser. The purchaser must obtain an approval from LUCKY CHAMP before sending the defective unit to the factory.
