FEEDING MANAGEMENT:
Full Feed or Add To Dry: Our Dog Food Rolls provide your dog with concentrated nutrition. The 4 lb. roll contains as much calories as 10-13 oz cans of premium canned dog food, and may be used as a full feed or mixed with Natural Balance® dry dog food. Simply chop, grate, or crumble the Roll and add them to your dog's food.
For Growing Puppies, Our Dog Food Rolls can be mixed with Natural Balance® Ultra Premium Dry to ease the weaning process and stimulate their appetite. Mixing Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls with Natural Balance® Ultra Premium Dry Food provides the growing puppy with complete and balanced nutrition. The high palatability of this mixture will also make weaning easier.
Adult Dogs, Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls are both nutrient and energy dense. Our Dog Food Rolls contain a superior mixture of animal and grain products as well as our special vitamin and mineral mixture. You can feed Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls as a full feed, an excellent addition to Natural Balance® Dry food, or as a delicious healthy treat.
For Older Dogs, Our Rolls also mix well with senior diets to kindle to the appetite! Older dogs lose their keen sense of smell and taste. This combined with less activity can lead to a reduction in food intake. The natural flavor and high palatability of Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls can stimulate the appetite of older dogs. Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls are energy dense, therefore, smaller amounts will satisfy nutritional requirements of older dogs.
For Pregnant/Lactating Females, Adding our Rolls satisfies the increased caloric requirement. A gradual increase in food intake is necessary starting around week 8 or 9 of pregnancy. By adding Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls to the regular diet, their increased caloric requirement will be satisfied. Lactation is a highly demanding period of time. The need for nutrients will increase up to three times the maintenance levels during the 3rd to 5th week of lactation. Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls are rich in nutrients and energy, making them perfect as an addition to Natural Balance® Dry dog food.
Also great for picky eaters! When introducing a new diet to your dog, it should be done gradually over 3 to 5 days. Replacing the current food with increasing proportions of Natural Balance® Dog Food Rolls prevents digestive upsets and helps to make a smooth dietary transition.
