Ordering from J-B Wholesale is easy. You can order from us a number of ways: Through our website, over the phone or you can fax your order to us.

There are two ways to order online at jbpet.com. Our complete catalog is online, with many additional items that we could not list in our current catalog. Simply select a category from the menu on the left hand side, then select from another sub-category and you will have a complete list of items available in that category. Once the list of items appears, click on the image, product title or more info button to get a detailed listing of the item. If you would like to purchase this item, choose the variation from the drop down box and type in the desired quantity, then click on the add to cart button. Once the item has been added to your cart you will receive a message saying "ADDED SUCCESSFULLY". Simply close the box to continue shopping. Note that the shopping cart icon on the top right side of the page has been updated.

The other way to order on our website is through our Quick Order Form. You will need either a J-B Wholesale catalog or an old J-B Wholesale receipt for this method. Click on the Quick Order Form link located on the left hand menu or at the bottom of the page. Then you just simply browse your copy of the catalog and fill in the item number, select any options required, and enter the quantity you would like to order.

To see items that you have added to your shopping cart, just click on the shopping cart button near the top right side of the page. To remove items from your cart, click on the checkout button on the top right side of the page. You can delete or change quantities through this screen.

When you are finished shopping, click on the checkout button on the top right side of the page. Our quick three step process will prompt you for all of the information we need. That's all there is to it!

You can also place your order over the phone or fax it to us. Our telephone order hours are weekdays from 8:30 am to 10 pm, Saturdays from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm and Sundays from 11am to 4 pm (Eastern time).

We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. We also accept Paypal for online orders (sorry we can not accept Paypal for telephone orders).
