General
The PetSafe In-Ground Radio Fence has been proven safe, comfortable, and effective for all pets over 8 pounds. The system works by producing a radio signal from the fence transmitter through up to 2800 feet of boundary wire.
- Boundary wire is buried or attached to a fixed object to enclose the pet area.
- You train your dog to avoid the boundary. When the dog is properly trained and knows the boundaries he can be allowed to run and play in the yard without worry about running off.
- When your pet reaches the warning zone, the receiver collar gives a warning beep. If your pet continues into the static correction zone, a safe static correction will be delivered through the contact points to get his attention until he returns to the pet area
- Will transmit up to 10 acres or 2,800 feet of wire (additional wire and flag kits required).
- A break alarm warns if the wire has been broken.
- System works with multiple pets (additional receiver collars required).
- Receiver collar is waterproof.
