30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Alternately, Energetic Solutions, Ltd. provides a thirty (30) day warranty on the Shoo!TAG™ to exchange the product if defective in workmanship where used under normal use and conditions pursuant to manufacturer’s instructions and purchased directly from Energetic Solutions, Ltd. or one of its authorized distributors or suppliers. To claim this warranty, you must return the product and packaging or barcode to Energetic Solutions, Ltd. at the above address with the following information: the original sales receipt showing proof of date of purchase, a description of the defect, and your name and mailing address. Upon receipt of this information, we will promptly send you a replacement. The purchaser must have purchased this product directly from Energetic Solutions, Ltd. or one of its authorized distributors or suppliers for this warranty to apply.

Measurements

Each tag measures 2 1/8".  for small pets tag may be cut down to 1 1/5". the tag can be cut between the two holes using the dotted line on the back of the tag as a guide.
