Dog Weight
 1 to 25 lbs.          1 teaspoon
30 to 70 lbs.        2 teaspoons
75 lbs. and over   3 teaspoons
Puppies -             2 teaspoons
Pregnant/Nursing dogs - 3-4 teaspoons
