When will my order ship? - Currently, all in-stock items are being shipped within 48 hours often sooner!
How will my order ship? - Most of our orders ship via FedEx Ground. All shipments should arrive within 1-5 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after it leaves our facility in Oakland, NJ.
Economy Service - An efficient, low-cost shipping alternative for low-weight packages (under 10 lbs.) is FedEx SmartPost. There is one flat rate shipping cost, depending on what zone you are shipping to. FedEx picks up the package from our facility and then routes it to your local U.S. Post Office for final delivery. All shipments should arrive within 2-7 days (excluding Sunday) after it leaves our facility in Oakland, NJ.
Expedited Service - If you need your shipment sooner, try our expedited service. For an additional $5.00, orders received by 1 PM Eastern Time Monday thru Friday will leave that day and should arrive within 1 - 5 working days after the order has been placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will leave the following Monday. Expedited shipping is not available on Factory Shipped Items. Please note that this is not an upgrade to FedEx Overnight Service, it merely insures that your order will leave on the day that you placed your order (as long as we receive the order by 1 PM Eastern Time).
Air Shipments - We offer both FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight shipments. We charge actual shipping for all air shipments. Please note that shipping charges for air packages are based on size and/or weight. Large bulky items are expensive to ship because of the size of the box they are shipped in. Orders received before 1 PM Eastern Time on Monday through Friday will leave that day. Orders received after 1 PM will leave the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will leave the following Monday.
Factory shipped items can not be shipped via air.
Aerosol items can not be shipped via air.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and APO/FPO - Most orders are shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Canadian and Foreign Orders - We accept orders from anywhere in the world, however due to manufacturer's restrictions we cannot ship pet food outside the United States. Foreign orders are shipped via Federal Express and actual shipping charges apply. All foreign orders must be paid in US funds. Please contact Customer Service for help, or send a FAX to 201-405-1706 for a shipping quote. Please Note: Currently we cannot accept Canadian or Foreign orders online.
